About Us

Wild Hog Safaries operates from South Africa. We are situated in the bushveld, approximately 40km from the town of Thabazimbi in the Limpopo province.

 

 

 

Jan Behr was born in the former South West Africa, now called Namibia, in a small town called Otavi. He had the privilege to grow up in the Etosha National Game Reserve. His love for nature comes automatically with the environment where he grew up.

 

 

 

 

He travelled and lived in most of the Southern African countries. Therefore he has a very good knowledge of the people and their cultures.
